Major Iranian Companies’ pellet Output Up 23% in 9 Months
Major Iranian iron ore companies’ pellet production during the first nine months of the current Iranian year(March21_December21,2021),up 23% year-on-year.
According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO, pellet production of major Iranian iron ore companies stood at 28,649,256 tons during the first nine months of the current Iranian year (March21_December21, 2021) indicating a 23 percent rise compared with the corresponding period of the last year.
Gol-e-Gohar Mining and Industrial Complex accounted for 9,346,510 tons of the total output, followed by Middle East Mines and Mining Industries Development Company with 4,434,480 tons, Sangan Iron Ore Complex with 3,268,631 tons, Chadormalu Minig and Industrial Company with 2,764,063 tons,
Goharzamin Company with 2,644,895 tons, Opal Parsian Sangan with 2,538,902 tons, Central Iron Ore Complex with 2,395,895 tons, Sanabad Mining and Industrial Development Company with 939,302 tons and Saba Nour with 316,577 tons.
These companies had a total production of 3,026,464 tons of pellets in the ninth month of the current Iranian year known as Azar (ended December21, 2021), indicating a 17 percent growth YOY.
