The total sales of the shares of Iran’s major mining companies through the stock market reached 5.538 quadrillion rials (about $20.67 billion) in the previous Iranian calendar year (ended on March 20), to register a 71-percent rise year on year, IRNA reported.

Iran, one of the largest producer of DRI in world has witnessed an increase in DRI production. Major steel manufacturers of Iran has produced 8,984,147 MT DRI during first five months of current Persian year (21 Mar- 22 Aug’18). Production was up by around 14% Y-o-Y.
