The total volume of water stored behind Iranian dams is currently estimated at 22.41 billion cubic meters, showing a 25 percent decline compared to the previous year, Tasnim News Agency reported.

The total volume of water in Iran’s dam reservoirs has reached 19.8 billion cubic meters since the beginning of the current water year (September 23, 2022) up to November 11, showing an 11 percent increase compared to the same period last year.
