Mining and Mining Industries’ Export Value Surges $9B in 9 Months on Year
Export value of mining and mining industries sector passed 9 billion dollars during the first nine months of the current Iranian year (March21, December21,2023).
According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO, Iran exported 46,776,638 tons of mining and mining industries products valued at 9 billion and 769.293 million dollars during the first nine months of the current Iranian year (March21, December21,2023), indicating 31 percent and 5 percent growth year on year, respectively.
Steel, Copper and Aluminum
During the period under review, steel and steel products chain had the lion’s share of mining and mining industries sector with 5 billion and 740.34 million dollars followed by copper and downstream products chain with 1 billion and 137.292 million dollars and aluminum and downstream products chain with 643.905 million dollars.
