Breaking NICICO's records in production and sales;
13% growth in mineral-containing copper production and 38% growth in sales in the first five months of Iranian Year
me-metals: At the meeting of the Council of Deputies of the National Iranian Copper Industries Company (NICICO), which was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Seyyed Mostafa Faiz, a performance report for the first five months of the current Iranian year in the production and sales sectors was presented.
According to me-metals cited by Mes Press, according to the report of the Deputy for Strategic Planning and Programming, the main production indicators at the National Iranian Copper Industries Company (NICICO), including sulfur ore extraction, copper concentrate production, and mineral-containing copper production, have grown by 20, 19 and 13 percent, respectively, compared to the same period last year.
Also, in the area of sales, the value of domestic sales, exports, and total sales have grown by 35, 55, and 38 percent, respectively, compared to the same period last year.
At the end of this meeting, the company's CEO, while appreciating the efforts made, emphasized the need to accelerate the implementation of approvals and remove production obstacles, and announced that continuous follow-up of these matters is essential to maintain and accelerate the company's growth process.
