South Parsian Energy-intensive Industrial Development Company, intends to invite and prequalify investors and assess the qualifications of investors for financing, management, engineering design, construction operations, maintenance, commissioning, procurement, installation and operation of power plant and transmission facilities with the following specifications: total installed capacity of 4300 MW, Commercial operation period of 30 years and based on Build, Operate, Own (BOO)

Also, price is based on maximum rates equal to Ministry of Power rates and Parties that do not seek guaranteed power, water and steam purchase are in priority to be selected.
