Localization of the "X-Ray analyzer" device in cooperation with the National Iranian Copper Industries Company (NICICO)
me-metals: The X-Ray Analyzer was localized for the first time in the country by a domestic knowledge-based company with the support and cooperation of the National Iranian Copper Industries Company.
According to me-metals cited from Mes Press, this device has been localized and put into operation by a domestic knowledge-based company in close cooperation with the Shahr Babak Copper Complex, in line with the National Iranian Copper Industries Company's responsibility to achieve industrial self-sufficiency and support domestic manufacturing as a high-tech equipment.
The X-Ray Analyzer construction project has been placed on the design and localization agenda due to the depreciation of the Shahr Babak Copper Complex slurry analyzer, serious problems in supplying spare parts due to oppressive sanctions, the device being out of production, as well as the development of the flotation circuit and the increased control needs of the concentration process.
This device plays a fundamental role in the online analyzer and real-time control of the concentration process, and will enable rapid response to quantitative and qualitative fluctuations in the input feed, prevent loss of recovery, and increase productivity and bring significant economic savings to the complex.
Localizing the X-ray analyzer is also an effective step in reducing the challenges of supplying spare parts and ensuring the continued sustainable operation of this device.
