HiPAC is the Danieli Automation original platform expressly developed for high-performance control applications.

At Dongjixing Machinery Co. Ltd, China, the automation upgrade project consisted of replacing remote I/O units, drives, and desks, improving all technological functions of the brass and copper cold reversing mill. Production restarted in only seven days.

The HiPAC automation platform with its powerful programming system, flexible configuration and excellent commissioning and diagnostic tools (together with process knowledge) improved the thickness performances and mill stability right from the beginning.

Only one HiPAC controller was used for the entire automation replacement, further improving overall system reliability.
