Maiden Steel Shipment to Europe
Khuzestan Oxin Steel Company’s first shipment of rolled steel products valued at about $4.4 million was exported to Germany and Italy last week via Khuzestan Province’s Imam Khomeini Port, the company’s head of public relations, Rezvan Zangeneh said on Saturday.
The company plans to export 5,000 tons of steel products to Europe every month until the end of the current Iranian year in March 2017. Established in 2003, Oxin Steel specializes in the manufacture of high-strength and wide rolled steel used in shipbuilding, oil, gas, petrochemical and chemical industries.
