The First Phase of Water Transfer Plan To Exploit Early Next Year
ME-METALS: By the purpose of consideration of production of ”Shahre Babak Copper Complex”, till mid of July this year, the meeting regarding the production of this complex, held in this company on Sunday evening (07 July 2019), with the participation of "Dr. Ardeshir Saad Mohammadi" CEO of NICICO.
According to ME-METALS quoted from Mes Press, By the purpose of consideration of production of ”Shahre Babak Copper Complex”, till mid of July this year, the meeting regarding the production of this complex, held in this company on Sunday evening, with the participation of "Dr. Ardeshir Saad Mohammadi" CEO of NICICO, Engineer "Ali Mohammadi", and "Nad Ali Esmaeili" board members of NICICO, "Heydar Zeyghami" CEO's adviser and manager of public relations department, "Jalil Hasani" manager of ”Shahre babak Copper Complex” and the other administrators of ”Shahre babak Copper Complex” .
"Ardeshir Saad Mohammadi" the CEO of NICICO, noted the vital importance of providing sustainable water resources to promote development of copper industry in Kerman Province in this meeting and said: "with the measures taken in the field of water transfer from the Persian Gulf, in Iranian next year a part of the water issues will be solved."
He added "in this direction from “Gol Gohar” to “Sarcheshmeh”, which is 152 km, the pipes have been installed about 60 km, and we make every endeavour to complete this plan on time"
Saad Mohammadi emphasized the attraction of experts to increase productivity in the copper industry and said: "according to decisions made, up to 5% of the forces recruited through the test will be from the elites of the province."
It should be noted that the study of the degree of realization of production plans, progress of development projects, especially the project of increasing smelting capacity of “Khatoonabad” and and “Sulfuric Acid Plant” were among the most important issues discussed at this meeting.
