India: Vizag Steel Invites Ocean Export Tender For 50,000 MT Bloom

Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), a state owned steel maker under the Ministry of Steel, has invited two bloom export tenders of size; 200*200 and 150mm and quantity 20,000 MT and 30,000 MT respectively.

The offer given by the bidder will remain valid until 28 Nov’19. The bidders requested to kindly consider the port of loading as ‘Gangavaram port (GPL)’ only.

Bidders are requested to submit the offer online with the best price in USD/MT on FOB st Visakhapatnam (GPL) on direct export basis.

Due Date: Interested bidders can submit their bids till 21 Nov’19 by 14:00 HRS for 150*15mm size and 15:00 HRS for 200*200mm size.

Prior to this as well, the company had floated bloom export tenders of size; 200*200 mm and 150*150 mm and quantity 20,000 MT and 30,000 MT respectively.

According to market sources report to SteelMint, the company has concluded the tender for size 150*150mm; 30,000 MT quantity. As per sources, the tender has been concluded at around USD 370-375/MT, FoB India. The material shipment is to be made by 25 Nov’19 for IS 2830 C20MMn Gr A and 30 Nov’19 for IS 2830 Gr A.
