Rouhani: Surge in Production Key to Solve Problems
Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said this year’s motto ‘Surge in Production’ is the key to solve problems, adding that people can foil the enemies’ schemes through relentless efforts.
With all-out endeavor in the field of Leap in Production, we will thwart the plots of the enemies who always try to suggest that the establishment and the government are incompetent,” Rouhani said.
Iran’s development, progress and prosperity through ‘Leap in Production’ will make the people more hopeful, trustful and satisfied, he added.
People’s serious participation and role and the assistance and cooperation of all branches and institutions is necessary to realize Leap in production, Rouhani noted.
“Americans imposed the harshest sanctions on Iran via the ‘Knee on the Throat’ policy with the aim of causing problems for people,” he stressed, adding that these measures have been aimed at the collapse and change of the political establishment in Iran.
In relevant remarks on Saturday, President Rouhani asked Industry Ministry Caretaker Hossein Modarres Khiabani to take immediate measures for faster accomplishment of unfinished projects.
The Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade should prepare necessary and comprehensive plans to complete and put into effect the unfinished projects as soon as possible in the year of Leap in Production, Rouhani stressed.
"I’d like to thank all those who have been involved in careful implementation and monitoring of health instructions, especially in the production sector," he said.
Modarres Khiabani, for his part, informed Rouhani of the latest state of implementing unfinished industrial projects and the accurate observance of health protocols in economic and production projects in a bid to prevent coronavirus spread among industrialists and production sector.
