Tehran to Host FINEX 2017
The 10th International Exhibition of Exchange, Bank and Insurance is scheduled for April 15-18 at Tehran’s international permanent fairgrounds.
More than 350 local and international financial and credit institutions, investment firms, banks and brokerages are expected to attend the event, IRNA reported. FINEX 2017 will feature the latest achievements of Iran’s capital market and also workshops on Islamic finance. According to Shapour Mohammadi, chief executive of Securities and Exchange Organization of Iran, the value of Iran’s capital market has grown by more than 160% to over $165 billion since Hassan Rouhani took office as Iran’s president in August 2013.
