IMIDRO, Danieli to Establish “Persian Metallic”
IMIDRO and Danieli to establish joint firm in steel sector in Chabahar Free Zone.
Chairman of the board of IMIDRO on the occasion of the visit to Italy of President Hassan Rouhani announced that the joint venture named Persian Metallic will be established aimed to expansion of Iran’s steel industry chain which includes all sectors such as concentrate, iron ore pellet, DRI and downstream products.
IMIDRO and Danieli will finance 60 and 40 percent of share of Persian Metallic respectively, Mehdi Karbasian said. Both sides agreed to rise investment up to 2 billion Euro. Know-how transmission to Iran and investment attraction are the next actions which will be done by both sides.
