Base Metals Confab in Sept.

The political landscape in Iran is changing and the easing of sanctions will bring a wealth of opportunities for both Iranian and international companies.

This was announced by Metal Bulletin, which is launching its inaugural Iranian Base Metals Conference in Tehran this September. Metal Bulletin is a specialist international publisher and information provider for the global steel, non-ferrous and scrap metals markets. The event will focus on global market trends as well as the progress and outlook for the Iranian metals industry. Discussion panels will touch upon anything from new technology, investments for Iran’s 2025 Steel Master Plan and economic forecasts to changes in international trade, the Netherlands-based monthly magazine Recycling International reported on its website.
