
According to me-metals cited by Mes Press, On Tuesday, August 12, a joint meeting was held with the presence of professors, including Dr. Mahmoud Nili Ahmadabadi, former president of Tehran University, Dr. Shahedi, CEO of the National Iranian Copper Industries Company (NICICO), as well as a number of managers of the company.
In this meeting, the most important issues and challenges in improving the level of training of managers and employees and attracting specialized personnel were examined, and a report on the latest status of the company's human resource training was also presented.
In this meeting, Dr. Faiz emphasized the need to improve human resource knowledge and expand cooperation with universities, and listed the development of modern virtual training, intelligence, and the use of artificial intelligence tools as priorities for the National Copper Company (NICICO).
It was further decided that by utilizing the country's scientific and academic capacities and implementing coherent educational programs, the human resources needed by the National Copper Company (NICICO) would be trained; an approach that focuses on improving skills and preparing personnel to meet the company's needs.
In this regard, in order to accurately identify problems and implementation solutions, empower various organizational departments, increasing productivity, and developing the skills and competencies of copper industry employees, it was decided to form a joint working group and develop the required policies framework and structures.
